Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Press the parmesan mixture evenly on top of each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the crust is golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
