Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Press the parmesan mixture evenly on top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the crust is golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
- Use fresh parmesan for the best flavor.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a side salad.
