- 2 cups baby potatoes, quartered

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat tilapia fillets with olive oil, then press into the parmesan mixture.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Toss potatoes with butter and paprika, then spread on the same baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily and potatoes are golden.
