- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch green asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Add cherry tomatoes and asparagus, stir well.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until asparagus is tender.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use fresh garlic instead of pre-minced.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
