Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (9 oz) package cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add tortellini, beef broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until tortellini is tender.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked tortellini for faster preparation.
- Adjust salt to taste if using salted broth.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if preferred.
