Description

A simple and flavorful garlic steak pasta dish that combines tender steak with al dente pasta in a rich garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked steak to the pan. Stir in the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
