Description
A simple and flavorful garlic steak pasta dish that combines tender steak with al dente pasta in a rich garlic sauce.

- 8 oz steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
- 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return the cooked steak to the pan. Stir in the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
