  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat well with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
