- 8 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat well with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
