Deliciously grilled corn on the cob slathered in rich herb butter, perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients

- 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Fresh chives
- 2 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
- Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
- Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the herb butter generously over the warm corn and serve immediately.

- Feel free to mix and match herbs based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, you can add spices like paprika or cayenne to the herb butter.
