A simple recipe for gluten free Irish soda bread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and honey, and stir until combined.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet and cut a cross on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- Store leftover bread in an airtight container.
- This bread is best eaten fresh.
