Description

These gluten-free peanut butter blossoms are soft, chewy cookies topped with chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 36 chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
