Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix gluten free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine honey, warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape into bagels.
  6. Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
