Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix gluten free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide dough into 4 equal portions and shape into bagels.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
