Golden air fryer chicken tenders with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Quick, easy, and healthier than deep frying.

- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each tender in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, spray again, and cook another 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- For gluten-free, substitute gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
