Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • to taste Sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of roasted grain coffee and stir.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the coffee into a mug, discarding the grounds.
  5. In the same saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
  6. Pour the warm milk into the mug with the grain coffee.
  7. Stir in sweetener to taste and add cinnamon if desired.
