- 2 tablespoons Roasted grain coffee
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Milk
- to taste Sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water in a small saucepan.
- Once boiling, add 2 tablespoons of roasted grain coffee and stir.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the coffee into a mug, discarding the grounds.
- In the same saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
- Pour the warm milk into the mug with the grain coffee.
- Stir in sweetener to taste and add cinnamon if desired.
- Enjoy your warm cup of grain coffee with milk!
