  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the refrigerator.
  2. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Add crème de menthe, crème de cacao, cream cheese, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture gently.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
