Description
Grasshopper pie is a no-bake dessert featuring a creamy mint filling and a chocolate crust.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup green crème de menthe
- 1/2 cup white crème de cacao
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the refrigerator.
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Add crème de menthe, crème de cacao, cream cheese, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mixture gently.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the crème de menthe.
- Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
