Description

Juicy Greek chicken burgers packed with Mediterranean flavors. Perfect for grilling or pan-frying.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken, feta, olives, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Form into 4 equal patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Toast buns lightly if desired.
  6. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.

Notes

  • For best results, don’t overmix the meat.
  • Patties can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours before cooking.
