Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, feta, olives, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into 4 equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast buns lightly if desired.
- Serve burgers on buns with lettuce and tomato.
Notes
- For best results, don’t overmix the meat.
- Patties can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours before cooking.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for extra flavor.
