Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, feta, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 4 equal patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Spread tzatziki on the buns.
- Place a patty on each bun and top with cucumber and red onion.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Chill patties for 30 minutes before cooking for better texture.
