- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Warm pita bread briefly on a pan.
- Spread tzatziki sauce on each pita.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and grilled chicken.
- Fold pita tightly and serve.
