A fresh and tangy Greek chopped salad with creamy yogurt dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta.
- In a small bowl, whisk yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
