- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the tzatziki sauce, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs warm with tzatziki sauce.
