Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber grated and drained, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove garlic minced, 1 tbsp chopped dill, salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, and feta.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- For tzatziki, mix yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt.
- Serve meatballs with tzatziki.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for best results.
- Squeeze excess water from grated cucumber.
- Meatballs can be frozen before baking.
