Ingredients

- 1/2 cup avocado
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and cucumber thoroughly.
- In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, green peas, and cucumber.
- Add olive oil and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
