Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, basil, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add shredded chicken to the dressing and stir until well coated.
- Serve the chicken salad over mixed greens.
- Top with avocado slices.
