- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the burgers and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
- Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking if desired.
- Remove burgers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings.
