Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  2. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
  4. Spread a layer of rice on each tortilla, then top with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the tortillas into burritos, tucking in the sides.
  6. Brush the outside with melted butter.
  7. Grill on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
  8. Serve hot.
