- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard, mixing well.
- Spread a layer of rice on each tortilla, then top with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortillas into burritos, tucking in the sides.
- Brush the outside with melted butter.
- Grill on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add pickles or lettuce for extra crunch.
