Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce. Top with grilled chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- You can use store-bought Alfredo sauce to save time.

- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
