Description

Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella
- 2 slices ripe tomato
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 2 ciabatta or sourdough rolls
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Slice rolls in half and lightly toast on the grill.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing chicken on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Cover with top half of the roll and serve immediately.
