  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  6. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
