A simple and flavorful dish combining grilled shrimp with pasta and a lemon-infused sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a large pan, heat remaining olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add cooked pasta, lemon juice, zest, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Toss to combine.
- Stir in grilled shrimp and mix well.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream or butter to the sauce.
