Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up.
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes, basting with butter occasionally.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
