Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and paprika.
- Brush the mixture on the flesh of the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, for 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
