Description

A delightful summer flatbread topped with juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches soften slightly.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly. Slice them into thin wedges.
  5. On the grill, place the flatbread for about 2-3 minutes until it’s warm and has grill marks.
  6. Remove the flatbread from the grill and top it with slices of burrata cheese and grilled peach wedges.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze.
  • Feel free to substitute peaches with other fruits like nectarines or figs.
