A delightful summer flatbread topped with juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of honey.
Ingredients

- 1 flatbread or naan
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches soften slightly.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly. Slice them into thin wedges.
- On the grill, place the flatbread for about 2-3 minutes until it’s warm and has grill marks.
- Remove the flatbread from the grill and top it with slices of burrata cheese and grilled peach wedges.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes or balsamic glaze.
- Feel free to substitute peaches with other fruits like nectarines or figs.
