This simple grilled peaches dessert is a delicious way to enjoy sweet summer peaches. Serve them warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an irresistible treat.

- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and they start to soften.
- Flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let cool for a minute.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best results.
- You can also drizzle honey or maple syrup over the grilled peaches for added sweetness.
