Description

Deliciously sweet grilled peaches served with creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with honey — a perfect summer dessert.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly soft.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. Serve each grilled peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Choose ripe but firm peaches for the best results.
  • You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
