Description

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks form and the peaches are slightly softened.
  4. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
  5. Arrange the grilled peaches on a serving platter and place a piece of burrata cheese in the center of each peach half.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
