- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks form and the peaches are slightly softened.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Arrange the grilled peaches on a serving platter and place a piece of burrata cheese in the center of each peach half.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
