- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Add pineapple chunks to the grill for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Serve grilled chicken and pineapple over cooked rice.
