Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 4-6 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
