- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
