- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 2 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Warm the tortilla on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
- Spread sour cream on the tortilla, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken.
- Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
