- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- In a pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry potatoes until golden and crispy.
- Drain fries on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve steaks topped with caramelized onions and crispy fries on the side.
Notes
- Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
