Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (your choice of cut)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preference.
  4. While the steak is grilling, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in butter until melted and combined.
  8. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Slice the steak and serve with the sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes.
