Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 4 patties.
  4. Grill patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Toast buns on the grill for 1 minute.
  6. Toss salad greens, tomatoes, and cucumber with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
