Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill patties for 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Toast buns on the grill for 1 minute.
- Toss salad greens, tomatoes, and cucumber with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Serve burgers on buns with the side salad.
