- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup beef broth

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add diced potatoes, tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve hot.
