- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the drained diced tomatoes, steamed cauliflower, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
