- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Pour in milk and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Serve hot.
