- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet.
- Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into meal prep containers.
- Cool before storing in the refrigerator.
