- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until the cheese melts.
