- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 taco shells
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, mixing well.
- While the beef mixture is cooking, warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice to the beef mixture.
- You can customize the toppings based on your preference.
