Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
