Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, rice, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
