Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat if necessary. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 18-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- While the rice is cooking, add mixed vegetables to the skillet with ground beef. Stir and cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and divide it into bowls.
- Top each bowl with the ground beef and vegetable mixture. Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
