A quick and easy ground beef stir fry that is packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir well.
- Cook until sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Adjust vegetables based on preference.
- Can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
- Serve with sesame seeds for garnish.
